Product Description

TPU casting composite film production line

Refined TPU granules are mixed with various additives in proportion to the film forming process through extrusion molding and thickening, and PET protective film is introduced on both sides of the thickening roller. The height between the die head and the molding roller and the left and right positions of the cast extrusion can be adjusted.

Unwinding and rewinding automatic receiving and thickening mirror rollers and liquid silicone rollers.

The whole machine adopts imported high-end electrical control materials and automatic tension control system to ensure the stability of high and low speed tension.
