NB-900 Full-automatic Ink Proofer
Application: Offset, intaglio, plain or UV inks.
The ink-mixing metal roller and the color-expanding roller (ink-mixing pressure), as well as the color-expanding roller and the printing material (color-expansion pressure), can be freely adjusted electronically on the touch screen.
Color Matching Software
The Color Matching System integrates measuring instruments, testing and proofing equipment, and computer software. Through the combination of software and hardware, this system realizes key functions such as color data creation, collection, formula calculation, formula verification, formula storage, formula search, and waste ink reuse. This system addresses the pain points encountered in manual experience-based color matching.

NB-700 Metal Printing Ink Proofer
Applicable
For color proofing of materials that are not easily bendable, such as iron sheets and aluminum sheets. Uniform Ink Mode
1. The uniform ink speed can be switched between automatic and manual, which is suitable for difference operation habits and special conditions.
2. Series action can set the middle positioning non-series action soft start mode, reduce the left and right unevenness of color development and fly ink phenomenon, improve the accuracy of color development.
3. Time setting of four-stage uniform ink mode (each section can be set for 0-200 seconds). Any uniform ink mode can be set: positioning in series movement, fixed and fixed intermittent closing and automatic shifting, which is more accurate and humanized.
Uniform ink pressure (automatic) : It can be adjusted automatically according to the wear condition of cots or the error of new and old cots.
Display pressure (automatic) : According to the thickness of the printing material corresponding to adjust the display pressure.

Unique Features of Instrument
- After the ceramic roller evenly applies ink, the plate roller rolls together for one rotation to apply ink, then the plate roller separates to apply ink. This completely avoids ink streaks and ensures the quality of the proofing.
