Ceramic Anilox Roller:

Anilox rollers include chrome-plated roller and ceramic anilox rollers (Laser engraving ceramic roller is the most widely used high-quality roller).
Chrome-plated roller is a metal roller with a copper substrate and chromium electroplating, processed and polished. 
(Laser) The ceramic roller is made using a plasma method, where a metal oxide (Al2O3 or Cr2O3) coating is melted onto the copper surface. This process creates a super strong and dense ceramic film that combines with the metal roller, and then we use lasers to engrave mesh holes.
