Product Description
The electrically conductive center sleeve reduces the thickness of the laminating sleeve, facilitates manual operation when changing printing jobs, and keeps the sleeve from being too heavy.
There are two types of air supply: flow through and independent air inlet.

- High quality flexo plate mounting sleeves and pneumatic bridge mandrels for high speed flexo printing, up to 1500 FPM.
- Incorporates a unique combination of materials to produce dimensionally stable, easy to mount, and light weight plate mounting sleeves & bridges.
- Available in Technical Fabric construction and Resin Composite for press speeds up to 800 FPM. Upgrade to wound Carbon Fiber for press speeds up to 1500 FPM.
- The sleeve and bridge combination are designed to dampen print impression and reduce bounce. Both can utilize pass-through or independent air sources and are available with Miller valves as an option.

Remarks:
1. The surface of the bridge sleeve of other brands has no carbon fiber coating, and its conductivity, wear resistance and strength are inferior to that of Rosini's bridge sleeve.
2. The air intake mode of the bridge sleeve is divided into flow through and independent air inlet. For straight-through air intake, accurate drawings of the gas expansion core must be provided so that the air hole can be aligned; for independent air intake, the supply method must be specified.
3. Because Rossini's general overbridge sleeve surface is also coated with carbon fiber, it is easy to be mistaken for carbon fiber overbridge sleeve, but in fact the performance and price of the two are far apart, so it must be clearly distinguished.
Rules for transportation and storage of Sino Products:
1. During transportation and storage, ensure that the roll surface and shaft head are not subject to any external damage.
2. The roller should be stored at a temperature of +15ºC to +30ºC and a humidity of <65%, and should not be exposed to sunlight or fluorescent lamps.
3. It is permitted to use tap water or alcohol to clean the surface of the rolls, and it is not permitted to use solvents such as xylene for scrubbing.
