Ceramic Anilox Roller:

Anilox rollers include chrome-plated roller and ceramic anilox rollers (Laser engraving ceramic roller is the most widely used high-quality roller).
Chrome-plated roller is a metal roller with a copper substrate and chromium electroplating, processed and polished. 
(Laser) The ceramic roller is made using a plasma method, where a metal oxide (Al2O3 or Cr2O3) coating is melted onto the copper surface. This process creates a super strong and dense ceramic film that combines with the metal roller, and then we use lasers to engrave mesh holes.
When ordering a roller, please specify the processing parameters/specifications, including lines per inch, mesh hole volume, engraving angle, and width of unengraved sideband (if possible). Additionally, due to inevitable processing variations, it is advisable to order in batches even for the same line count and hole volume.
