Our company's ceramic roller is made by plasma method, where a metal oxide (Al2O3 or Cr2O3) coating is melted onto the copper surface. This process creates a super strong and dense ceramic film that combines with the metal roller, and then we use lasers to engrave mesh holes.

Compared with metal rollers, the ceramic roller is resistant to high temperature, wear and acid and alkali corrosion, and can be used in various special working conditions to improve work efficiency and extend service life.
