Satellite Flexographic Printing Press:

 This machine is a printing machine that uses flexible photopolymerized resin plate or rubber plate as the substrate, transmits ink through anilox rollers, and prints the substrate with liquid ink.

The machine is generally composed of the main units, such as unloading unit, tension control unit, traction feeding unit, printing unit, drying unit, winding and hauling unit and receiving unit.

The machine has reasonable structure, fast printing speed and simple operation, which is the ideal flexible packaging equipment in China.

Features

1. Unwinding adopts double-station rotary frame, which can receive and change materials automatically without stopping; automatic alarm is given when the material roll of the working axis reaches the set diameter.

2. The whole machine adopts high-precision servo motor drive, without any gears, the running process is quieter, smoother and more accurate.

3. The printing unit adopts ceramic screen roller for ink transfer, two-way closed scraping method, and automatic ink supply by ink supply pump;

4. Adopting automatic register system, with high color register precision and short setup time, reducing waste and increasing production capacity.

5. Winding adopts friction winding, automatic splicing without stopping.

6. Independent drying system, adopting electric heating method with adjustable temperature and inverter motor to adjust the air inlet system.
