Pre-printing is a printing method with higher printing speed in flexographic printing. Due to the high speed, there are slightly abnormal particles in the ink. Under the action of the scraper, the particles can easily destroy the screen wall, produce ceramic debris, and wear the ceramic debris.
This results in many fine scratches on the roller surface. Because the pigments used in some inks have larger particle sizes and higher hardness, the ceramic roller wears relatively quickly under high speed.
The ink used in pre-printing has strong adhesion, high scratch resistance and fast drying, which puts forward higher requirements for the normal use of anilox rollers.
