Stamping Film
Stamping film, also known as aluminum carbide, is a kind of stamping material made by coating and vacuum evaporation plus a layer of metal foil on the film sheet base. The thickness of electrified aluminum is generally (12, 16, 18, 20) μm, 500 to 1500mm wide. Electrified aluminum foil is coated with a detachable layer, a color layer, and then coated with an adhesive layer by vacuum aluminizing on a thin film sheet, and finally made by rewinding the finished product.

Paper industry, plastic industry, cosmetic industry, artificial leather/textile industry, 3C products & home appliances, credit card face industry, bookbinding industry, etc.

Requirements of hot stamping base film
1. good temperature resistance: to ensure that in the process of processing hot stamping film, the base film many times under tension through the 160 ºC oven does not deform, affecting the hot stamping;
2. high strength, high modulus: the base film in the role of tension will not produce tensile deformation, will not produce the neck shrinkage;
3. film flat, no longitudinal wrinkles: hot stamping film coated with color layer is mostly used in the suspension of the coating method, if there is a longitudinal wrinkles will produce a color difference;
4. Surface tension: the smaller the better, to facilitate the transfer of hot stamping completely;
