3. 3D Embossing Machine
The high-frequency and large current of the 3D embossing machine flows to the heating coil that is wound into a ring or other shape, thereby generating a strong magnetic beam whose polarity changes instantaneously in the coil, and placing the heated object such as metal in the coil. Lt will penetrate the entire heated object. In the opposite direction of the heated curent inside the heated object, a corresponding large eddy curent will be generated. Because there is resistance in the heated object, a lot of Joule heat will be generated. The plate introduces heat to the abrasive and then to the surface of the fabric, so that the temperature of the fabic itself rises rapidly, thereby achieving the imprint of the fabric. This machine is based on the old flat embossing machine,  according to the needs of the market, developed and produced by our technical staff. The characterstics of the machine: fast starting time, good forming, automatic buttess seam, automatic cloth feeding, different patterns can be customized acoording to customer needs to meet customer needs and market needs.
