BOPA
Compared with other films, BOPA film has higher strength than PE, BOPP film, than EVOH, PVDC film with low cost and environmental protection advantages, is the ideal material for food preservation, preservation of aroma, especially suitable for freezing, cooking, vacuum packaging, and non-toxic and harmless.
Specifically in the following areas:

(2) Excellent toughness and puncture resistance.
(3) Excellent gas (oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide), flavor and odor barrier.

BOPA film parameters
(1) Specific gravity: 1.13~1.16, generally take 1.14g/cm3
(2) Oxygen permeability: 30~50 cm3/m2.d.pa (ordinary nylon film).
(3) Heat sealing temperature: 175~260.
(4) Water content of finished products: the water content of the film from the factory is about 1.5%~2.0% not more than 3%. The saturated water absorption rate is 9%.
(5) Roughness of membrane surface: Ra 0.08~0.16 (Ra/um).
(6) Longitudinal and vertical tensile ratio: generally 2.8~3.5 times.

1, GB / T 20218-2021 biaxially oriented polyamide (nylon) film;
2, Q / CSSY001 --- 2011 biaxially oriented nylon film (enterprise standard)
3, GB16332 --- 1996 food packaging materials with nylon molding products health standards;
