Satellite Flexographic Printing Press:

Satellite flexo printing machines have higher registration accuracy. Since the tape is tightly wrapped on the central impression cylinder, the tension is very stable and does not require an automatic registration control system.

The structure is simple and the distance between impression points is short. It is convenient to register the quality; and the machine has good structural rigidity and more stable performance.

Features

1. Unwinding unit adopts single or double station structure; automatic deskewing and constant tension control; early warning for material change and paper break stop device.

2. The main motor adopts frequency conversion control, the whole machine transmission adopts high-precision gear transmission, the center impression cylinder and the center gear are made of high-precision materials.

3. Printing unit adopts ceramic screen roller ink transfer, two-way closed ink scraping method, automatic ink supply by ink pump: hydraulic clutch for screen roller and plate roller, automatic shutdown.

Separation; independent motor drive net roller, to prevent the ink on the surface of the net roller solidification blocking the net hole.

4. Receiving unit can be single or double-station structure: using floating swing arm tension control, with closed-loop tension control and paper break stop device.

5. Independent drying system with electric heating and adjustable temperature.

6. The whole machine is centrally controlled by PLC system; touch screen input and display the working status of the whole machine; automatic meter counting and multi-point speed regulation can be realized.
