Moisture meter placement requirements

 

Place the storm hood and align it with the positioning hole.	Place the sample tray holder and rotate until positioned.	Place aluminum sample tray on sample tray holder.

Heating Temperature
The heating temperature plays a controlling role in the test time. (e.g. : too low temperature will prolong the drying time)
Choose a suitable heating temperature, requiring neither decomposition nor change the chemical structure of the sample, generally set to 105 ° C, if the sample and the industry have special requirements except.

Some samples have different moisture content at different heating temperatures. In this case, try to adjust the heating temperature to compensate for the measurement deviation.
