Satellite Flexographic Printing Press:

 This machine is a printing machine that uses flexible photopolymerized resin plate or rubber plate as the substrate, transmits ink through anilox rollers, and prints the substrate with liquid ink.

The machine is generally composed of the main units, such as unloading unit, tension control unit, traction feeding unit, printing unit, drying unit, winding and hauling unit and receiving unit.

The machine has reasonable structure, fast printing speed and simple operation, which is the ideal flexible packaging equipment in China.

1. The unwinding unit adopts a single station or dual station structure; Automatic correction and constant tension control; Equipped with a material change warning and paper breakage shutdown device.

2. The main motor adopts frequency conversion control, and the entire machine is driven by high-precision synchronous belt transmission.

3. The printing unit adopts a ceramic mesh roller for ink transfer, and a single blade reverse or bidirectional closed scraping method.

4. The material receiving unit can adopt a single station or dual station structure; Using magnetic powder tension controller, equipped with closed-loop tension control and paper cutting shutdown device.

5. Independent drying system, using electric heating method, with adjustable temperature.

6. The entire machine is centrally controlled by a PLC system; It can achieve automatic meter counting and multipoint speed regulation.
