4-Color Overlapping Synchronous Belt Printer

Overlapping printer, also known as two-color/four-color overlapping flexographic printing press, is primarily utilized for superimposing two ink colors to create a new color effect. It operates by printing two distinct inks on the flexographic plate via off-axis flexographic printing technology.

Subsequently, the flexographic plate is placed on the printing material, and pressure is applied to transfer the ink to the material.

1.This model adopts synchronous belt drive, which has low noise and effectively controls the change of linear speed when starting up and shutting down, making the color registration accuracy more accurate.

2.The rewinding is hydraulically and pneumatically controlled, with friction rewinding to make the roll diameter more compact and smoother.

3.The unwinding belt correction is hydraulic and does not require manual lifting.
 

4.The plate is lifted and lowered hydraulically, and the plate roller gear is helical.

5.The host is controlled by frequency conversion.
