However, the traditional hard chromium coating can not fully meet the requirements of wear resistance and corrosion prevention. The hardness of super hard ceramic mirror roller and extinction roller can be increased from HRV800 of hard chromium layer to HRV1200 or more and greatly improve the corrosion resistance, which is an ideal alternative to traditional hard chromium plating roller.
