Satellite Flexographic Printing Press:

Satellite flexo printing machines have higher registration accuracy. Since the tape is tightly wrapped on the central impression cylinder, the tension is very stable and does not require an automatic registration control system.

The structure is simple and the distance between impression points is short. It is convenient to register the quality; and the machine has good structural rigidity and more stable performance.

Features

1. Unwinding adopts double-station rotary frame, which can receive and change materials automatically without stopping the machine; automatic alarm is given when the material roll of the working axis reaches the set diameter.

2. The whole machine adopts high-precision gear transmission; the center impression cylinder and the center gear are made of high-precision materials.

3. Printing unit adopts ceramic screen roller for ink transfer, two-way closed ink scraping method, and ink supply pump for automatic ink supply;

4. The rewinding adopts double-station rotary frame, which automatically receives and changes materials without stopping; the printing surface can be built-in or external by switching switch.

5. Independent drying system with electric heating and adjustable temperature.

6. The whole machine is centrally controlled by PLC system; automatic meter counting and multi-point speed regulation can be realized.

7. Equipped with static screen detection system, real-time detection of printing quality.
