Mesh size selection basis
Mesh number is the number of holes per unit area. Commonly used printing nickel mesh mesh 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 125, 155, 165, 185, 255 and so on.
(1) The structure of the pattern: Fine pattern and line selection of larger mesh.
(2) The nature of the fabric: Thick fabrics absorb a large amount of pulp, should be selected with a small mesh net. Cotton fabrics with a smaller mesh net, chemical fibers and blended fabrics with a larger mesh net.
(3) The nature of the color paste: Color paste fluidity, can choose a large mesh.
(4) The speed of the printing machine speed, the color paste through the net rate is low, choose a small mesh.
